Hotel is in a great location directly opposite the beach in Essouera. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Balconies had a glass front and so gave uninterrupted views of the beach and out to sea. Breakfast wasn't particularly good. We ate out for dinner and there are many good options not far away.
New York City
You know when you walk into a room and think 'oh yes!' ? That's this hotel. It's about the view, but not just about the view. That view though: right up and down the beach, perfect for sunset. Going to sleep and walking up listening to the waves roll in. The hotel is 5 minutes' walk to the Medina and close to both CTM and Supratours bus stops. Just across from the entrance is a beach bar and sun loungers.The breakfast spread is well worth getting up for with a wide selection of Moroccan and French options. The best thing though: Imane on the reception desk. She could not have been more friendly and helpful and made a great stay even better. Shkran Imane!
Melbourne
The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and perfect views of the sea. Unfortunately this was clouded by the intrusive housekeeping staff who barged in on a few occasions ignoring the do not disturb sign on door handle, stained toilet seat, bathroom drain stink, rude receptionist and old man owner who sat every morning in the same seat watching and talking about guests as they enjoyed the buffet breakfast and shouting orders at staff. The spa was out of order and the pool too cold to swim in.
This hotel is perfectly situated just in front of the beach and just a few 100 meters from the old town.The hotel is what to be expected of a 4 star hotel and frankly maybe not completely living up to the standards but this was compensated by engaged and friendly staff that did theirs best to make men feel welcome..The rooms are spacious and mine had a balcony towards the sea with a perfect view of the sunset. There are several nice restaurants on the long and nice boardwalk. I recommend this hotel to the ones that go to the nice city of Essaouire for a few days R&R on the beach.
Abu Dhabi
We were just walking by the beach, and by curiosity we went to this hotel to ask about the price and the rooms. After viewing the rooms, we really did not hesitate to book 3 rooms for 4 nights each. Amazing view at the beach front, nice breakfast, nice staff and very clean rooms.
Casablanca
I spent over 10 days in Cote Ocean, initially I was there for 6 days, the team and the hotel were so good that I extended! An amazing team, very passionate, welcoming, service oriented, good food at the restaurant and very clean! The rooms are comfortable and spacious with a very nice balcony! The boutique hotel has an amazing view on the beautiful shore and bay of Essaouira! It is perfectly located so that all main points of interest are at walking distance. Thank you Imane, Jihane, Youssef, Touria and all the team for being so warm, welcoming and gentle. You made our stay and holidays great. Thank you all the team! A faire et a refaire, merci Cote Ocean pour votre hospitalite, votre gentillesse, la proprete, l'emplacement et la vue. Merci a toute l'equipe! Et a tres beintot!
Lincoln
Stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel. In a great location in the sea front, my room had a balcony looking over the shore so able to watch sunsets in comfort. The rooms are large and very clean. Everything worked well and had all amenities required. Good to have a kettle, unusual in Morocco. The bathroom was large and well appointed - no problem with flooding the bathroom after a shower as some have descriptions bed. Plentiful hot water and strong water pressure. The staff were all very lovely and helpful. The women who cleaned the room always cheerful and emailing, the reception staff very helpful, and the staff in the cafe/breakfast room were fabulous. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Moira
This hotel is lovely and new with very comfortable beds. Directly across the road to the beach and perfect location for the Médina one side and some fantasy restaurants and bars on the other side. Food was lovely and staff very nice. My only feedback would be to be a bit more forthcoming with information such as the sun beds being free at the beach if you are a guest and handing out a map letting you know where things are. But if you ask for anything they are really helpful so a definite 5 star from me
Mandurah
Stayed here as part of tour group, location is ideal across the rd from the beach and there is a private beach for guests WiFi is a bit wonky but was resolved with the supply of an extender, th3 air con is almost non functional but they di$ provide a heater The next morning the shower was blocked which resulted in a flooded room, but. They changed the room and all went well from there Staff are courteous and helpful and the breakfast was good there is also a great little coffee shop All in all a pleasant and relaxing stay
Spokane
With a group for a week with balcony overlooking Atlantic and boardwalk. We used the upstairs terrace for our group meeting. Location perfect. Rooms a bit wonky, but clean and no odor. AC incomprehensible and didn’t work. WiFi perfect (way better than my US Xfinity). Staff cordial. But the REAL STARS were the kitchen staff, especially the lead young man who seemed to be there all day every day. One of our group had a birthday. They made a dessert selection for the ages! He (and the rest of the staff) real gems.
Coventry
The location of the hotel is fantastic right by the beach - across the road from the Essaouira beach promenade. Reception staff were helpful and especially Iman who was particularly more engaging. Breakfast was okey, plenty of food and variety - on request they made a cheese omelette which was very tasty. Room was luxury, clean, comfortable bed and pillows (4 of them) and a lovely shower. Though I would say like many hotels guests need to be careful not to flood the room!! Also there is a transparent window from the bedroom to the shower, which looks like a painting but at a close look you can see straight through to the shower! All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors of Essaouira.

Segunda vez en este hotel. Me tocó atrás sin vistas al mar y sin balcón. Me decepcionó porque había reservado este hotel por estar en primera línea de mar. Hay que asegurarse al hacer la reserva que haya habitación disponible delante. Desayuno muy bueno y variado y el personal muy atento. A 5 minutos de la Medina y puerto pesquero. Iré otra vez pero estando claro que quiero las vistas al mar. Ahora no había disponibilidad para cambiar.
